ACDE CONFERENCE held

The national open university of Nigeria held her 2nd ACDE conference and General Assembly on July 8-11 at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The conference attracted a lot of dignitaries life the president on Nigeria, YaraAdua Umaru, Governor Babatunde Fashola Raji, Mr Igwe Aja Nwachukwu, Professor Nuhu, Vice chancellor of the University of Abuja and many others.
The conference was aimed at providing lasting solution to the dilemma in the Educational system and how it can be solved. it was also designed to encourage distance learning education in Africa.
The seminar brought expert from different part of the world e.g America. England, Togo. Zambia, Ghana etc.
finally the conference was graced with a dinner in which all the participant have time to enjoyed themselves. at the conference center, the university of South Africa administrator were also there to help participant who like to study in south Africa.
The conference was sponsored by the Federal Republic of Nigeria, South Africa University etc.the conference was accompanied by an exhibition and demonstrations area for learning and technology product.being a student from the Nigerian Institutes of Journalism, i was privileged to meet a lot of people from different like Professor Nuhu, VC Abuja University, The minister of Education, MR Igwe Aja Nwachukwu and people from different part of the world.in the pictures is Mrs Dennis and Professor Brammoih at the scene of the event. as a student of NIJ, i was opportune to observe the conference without any payment even when every body paid. i met a woman from Zambia who asked me to come after my school for a visit. i also met a man from Ghana, south Africa, England, America, India, Russia,Nigeria, Togo, Zambia, Zimbabwe etc.
Finally i have Got all the connection i need to make a change in life.The kind of people i have met in life has indeed change my life. i have also met Pat Utomi, an Economist, a politician, Abike Dabiriye, a Member of the National Assembly and a presenter at the NTA Television
